The LOCKDOWN of our lifetime... I HOPE!
Hey,
I can't not think about how this lockdown has had an impact on so many people's lives around the world. From people that are sick that had a direct impact from COVID19 to the many more that are having the secondary effects of the lockdown.
My heart goes out to all of you. I feel that all we need is LOVE and some common sense about how to take care of our health. Health doesn't come from hiding from everything the world throws at you. Our body's immune system is designed to be interacting with the world's biology. I've read that the number of viruses in the human body outnumbers our microbiome (our bacteria in our body) 10 to 1!!!! So we need these interactions for our health!
